He told us what we were going to need to do and what he was going to set up with the staging and the photography and we listed within a few days. In the very stressful time of March 2020 with the looming concerns then restrictions due to COVID19, Paul was able to help me list and sell my Stonegate home in the 9 days given to us to get into escrow by the sellers of the home I wanted to buy! and it was a cash offer with a short escrow!!
