    Paul was amazing from start to finish. We called him in and told him what our timeline wanted to be to sell. He told us what we were going to need to do and what he was going to set up with the staging and the photography and we listed within a few days.     In the very stressful time of March 2020 with the looming concerns then restrictions due to COVID19, Paul was able to help me list and sell my Stonegate home in the 9 days given to us to get into escrow by the sellers of the home I wanted to buy! and it was a cash offer with a short escrow!! Paul also helped me negotiate a rent-back with the buyers so I was able to manage the different time frames of the selling and buying escrow closings. Now that I have successfully moved into my Woodbridge home, I want to share how amazing Paul was during the whole process - he was calm, supportive, honest, and realistic. He offered advice while making me feel comfortable making my own decisions without pressure. He worked so well with my own lender (who has helped me with previous home mortgages). even after escrow closed on both the sale and the purchase, Paul was available to me to help me work through some minor hiccups with the buyers. I would not hesitate to recommend Paul to my friends and family!
